YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah

UCSI Healthcare Group Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah is a distinguished healthcare leader, serving as Chairman of the National Heart Institute (IJN), UCSI Healthcare Group, and the WHO Standing Committee on Health Emergency Prevention, Preparedness, and Response (SCHEPPR). He is the Former Director-General of Health Malaysia and a Senior Consultant Surgeon specialising in Breast, Endocrine, and General Surgery. Additionally, he contributes to global health initiatives as a member of the New Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Technical Advisory Group for WHO Western Pacific Region and the Board of Directors of the Drug for Neglected Diseases Initiative (DNDi). In his role, he has been prominent in leading Malaysia's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
