Registration

Terms & Conditions of Registration:

1. All fees are to be paid in full upon 14 days of the registration. Fees not received within 14 days of the registration will be considered void.
2. Any data collected from the participants will be used by the organiser only during the period of this event, unless prior consent has been given by the participant.
3. Please refer to the cancellation policy for any cancellation inquiries.
4. Substitutions can be made at any time throughout this event.
5. The Organiser of RIB 2025 reserve the right to make alterations, changes, and postponements to the programme, venue & timings.
6. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors.
7. The Organiser will not be held liable for any loss during the conference.
8. By registering for RIB 2025, you grant permission for the Organiser to use photos and videos captured during the event for future RIB promotional materials. 

Registration Refund & Return Policy:

Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

1. All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for Rabies in Borneo 2024 must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat at rabiesinborneo@gmail.com
2. All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. Upon acceptance of the cancellation, refunds are applicable according to the following timeline:

• Cancellation before 15 July 2025 - 70% Refund
• Cancellation on and after 15 July 2025 - No Refund
• The refund is subject to a 10% administrative fee.
• All refunds will be made after the conference.
• All bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administrative fees/ taxes will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
• Registration fee may be transferred to another individual; payment invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant. Once the registration is transferred to another person, the original registrant will no longer have access to RIB 2025 or its associated benefits.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule events due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation of the Rabies in Borneo 2025, full refund will be made within 14 days via the same method payment was made unless requested otherwise.
