Terms and Conditions for Abstract Submission
- The presenting author shall be one of the authors listed in the abstract
- Each participant can only submit a maximum of one abstract to be considered for presentation at the conference
- The author should indicate whether the submission is for a poster or an oral presentation. However, the scientific committee makes the final decision on the mode of presentation
- Abstract presenters accepted must pay for the conference before the deadline. The presentation will be cancelled if the presenter does not pay by the deadline
