Darmasaba Village Government
I am Ida Bagus Surya Prabhawa Manuaba, a legal professional and community leader currently serving as the Village Head (Perbekel) of Darmasaba, Bali. With a strong background in law and governance, I specialize in corporate law, community empowerment, and innovative village administration. My work focuses on combining legal expertise with grassroots leadership to advance sustainable development, public health, and inclusive governance. Under my leadership, Darmasaba has introduced impactful innovations, including BAJRA (Darmasaba Jauhi Rabies), a rapid-response team dedicated to rabies prevention and public education, and D’Mangan (Darmasaba Aman Pangan), a food safety and security initiative that won recognition in 2023. I have been honored with several prestigious awards, including the title of Non-Litigation Peace Maker from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (2023), Anubawa Sasana Desa Jagadhita award, and representing Bali in Japan through the Osaki exchange program (2024). In late 2024, I was awarded the Bhawana Sewaka Nugraha by the Governor of Bali for my contributions to environmental sustainability. In 2025, Darmasaba was recognized as the Winner of the Bali Provincial Village Competition, and I am representing Bali at the National Village and Urban Award. These achievements reflect my deep commitment to strengthening local communities through law, innovation, and collaborative leadership.
