Department of Veterinary Services Sarawak
Dr. Chuo Hock Tieng is a Senior Veterinary Officer and Assistant Director in the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) Sarawak. He is the Head of Regulatory at the department. His career has focused on veterinary public health and regulatory matters. He has been involved in efforts to control animal diseases, including African swine fever (ASF) and rabies. He has also been a key figure in veterinary associations, previously serving as the President of the Sarawak Veterinary Association. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the organising committee for the 23rd World Veterinary Poultry Association Congress (WVPAC 2025).
