Department of Veterinary Services Sarawak
Datu Dr. Adrian Susin Ambud is the Director of the Department of Veterinary Services Sarawak. He was honoured with the Darjah Jasa Bakti Sarawak (D.J.B.S.), which carries the title 'Datu', on 14 October 2023, during the 87th birthday celebration of the Tuan Yang Terutama Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak. He has been a key figure in transforming Sarawak's livestock industry, focusing on enhancing biosecurity in pig farming and leading the state's fight against rabies. His contributions to the field were recognised in 2023 when he received the Malaysian Veterinary Medical Association's (MAVMA) Lifetime Achievement Award.
